HOW IT WORKS

Clarity at
every handoff.

A review is most useful when everyone knows the question, the materials and the next decision.

01 / DEFINE

A brief before a review.

Tell us about the product, intended sales channel, packaging format and target timing. We discuss which materials are available and agree the scope, deliverables, exclusions, fee and schedule in writing.

02 / REVIEW

Observations with context.

We review the agreed materials and identify specific points to consider. Feedback distinguishes an observed mismatch from a question that needs your team or supplier to confirm.

03 / DISCUSS

A clear next action.

We walk through the findings in the agreed format. Your team chooses which changes to make and confirms any specialist or production checks that remain.

04 / FOLLOW THROUGH

Another pass, if useful.

Where agreed, a follow-up review checks how the supplied changes address the original observations. It is a defined extra step, not an automatic ongoing subscription.

BEFORE YOU ASK

The practical
questions.

Is this for a product that is already selling?

It can be. A packaging refresh, new variant or updated insert can benefit from the same focused review as an initial launch. Tell us which version is current and what is changing.

Do I need finished artwork?

No. Tell us your stage. A concept-stage review asks different questions from a final-file review; the scope is agreed around the materials you have.

Can you work with our designer or supplier?

We can discuss a shared review format and the right point of contact. Any sharing of files or inquiry details with other parties should be agreed with you first.

Do you set prices on the website?

No. Scope, the number of materials and the review format vary. A proposal states the fee, currency, timing, deliverables and payment terms before you decide to proceed. US projects can request USD quotations.

Can I upload artwork here?

The first-contact form accepts a short written brief only. The team can arrange a suitable file-sharing method once scope and any confidentiality needs are discussed.

Does a review approve our packaging for sale?

No. The review is limited to the agreed visual, editorial or experience questions. Legal compliance, safety, production readiness and approval to sell require the appropriate checks by your team and relevant specialists.
