Information you provide

The inquiry form collects your name, email, location, selected review focus, message and consent acknowledgment. You may also provide a brand or company name, preferred timing and a starting brief. Please do not submit passwords, payment information, customer lists or confidential artwork through the general inquiry form.

How we use it

We use inquiry details to understand your request, answer questions, prepare a requested proposal and communicate about a review you agree to. Submitting a request does not create an account or subscribe you to marketing.

The workbench organizes a possible review brief. Its selections remain in the page and are sent to the team only if you include them in a submitted inquiry. It is not an automated assessment of your product.

Service emails

The form sends your inquiry to the team and displays a reference on screen. A team member handles replies. Further messages may concern requested proposals, agreed review arrangements, findings, project changes, invoices and support. See Service emails for details. No promotional subscription is collected by this form.

Providers and sharing

Hosting and email providers process the information needed to operate this website and deliver requests. We do not sell inquiry information. If you ask us to coordinate with a designer, supplier or another project partner, we discuss what needs to be shared and why. Information may also be disclosed when required by law. Providers may process information outside your state or country.

Retention

We keep ordinary correspondence for as long as needed to handle the inquiry, agreed work and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contact the team to ask about a particular record or request deletion. The team manages mailbox retention; this website does not automatically remove email correspondence.

Cookies and security

The form uses HTTPS and an essential, temporary session cookie for submission security. It also uses an anti-bot field and rate limits. Rate-limit files use keyed hashes of email and IP address; they are eligible for cleanup after 24 hours, with cleanup performed during later form activity. The hosting provider may keep access and security logs.

This site does not load advertising trackers or analytics, and fonts are served from the website itself. No transmission or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your inquiry details, or to stop inquiry follow-up. Our team will reply and may need to verify your identity. Some records may need to be retained for an active agreement or a legal obligation. You can reply STOP to an email to request an end to optional follow-up.

Audience and changes

The website is intended for adults making business inquiries. Do not share another person’s private information without permission. Updates to this policy will be published on this page.
